Occupancy concept
With this switch you determine whether the employee should be placed in a room and at a workstation in the classic way (fixed workstation assignment), or whether they should be flexibly assigned to a group of workstations. Your selection affects the area calculation and the display in floor plans. The values that are not visible will be deleted when saving, please note this!
Current occupancy
This section contains the current room occupancy of the staff member including his or her work station.

Target occupancy
This section contains the target room occupancy of the staff member after his or her relocation. It also includes the future work station.

Actual occupancy "flexible workplace"
Here you can select a work center group for the occupancy on which this employee is to be billed. The work center group replaces the assignment to a fixed work center.

Target occupancy "flexible workplace"
Here you can select a work center group for the future occupancy on which this employee is to be billed. The work center group replaces the assignment to a fixed work center.

Relocation
If the staff member is to be moved from the current work station to the target work station, you can enter information on the relocation in this section.
