Display info areas in the workflow form

In this form, assign a form area to a workflow step authorization and define the display type. This determines the display of the workflow form for the members of the workflow role in a specific workflow step. You can only restrict the display here, i.e. hide info areas or display them as read-only. If you do not restrict the display, the workflow form is called up with the access rights configured for the workflow role.

Identification

This group includes characteristics for the unique identification of display elements in the workflow form. It contains key attributes that enable precise assignment and management of the info areas.

Property	Description
Work flow step authorization	Displays / select the workflow step authorization for which the display of the section in the workflow webform should be restricted.
Section	Select the section in the workflow webform for which the display should be restricted.
Display tyupe	Select the display type for the section.
Internal ID (Data ID)	The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record.
