An order can go through the following workflow steps:
Workflow step | Explanation |
|---|---|
Preliminary Planning | This step has no status in the workflow and is therefore not represented in the workflow. It involves clarifying order details (contracts, role assignments, legal basis, etc.) outside the eTASK software and making preparations within the eTASK software, specifically configuring:
|
Order has been created | Every automatically triggered order (only recurring orders) receives this status. The transition to the "Review by client" status occurs automatically as soon as a specific time has elapsed. |
Review by client | Manually triggered one-time orders receive this status immediately after the order is created. Recurring, automatically triggered orders automatically reach this status when a specific time is exceeded. In this status, the coordinator on the client side reviews the order’s contents and assigns it to a contractor. |
Acceptance by Contractor | In this status, the contractor has the option to accept or reject the order. |
Assignment to Executor | After the coordinator on the contractor side accepts the order, the order enters the “Assignment to Executor” status. In this step, the order must be assigned to an executing group. Additionally, the specific person responsible for execution can be assigned. |
Acceptance by Executor | A member of the executing group or the assigned person can accept or reject the order in this status. |
Order in Progress | The executor carries out the work. After completion is reported, the order is returned to the coordinator on the client side. |
Review and Acceptance | The client checks here whether the work has actually been performed to the agreed extent and whether the corresponding report is available or has been uploaded. If there are defects, the client can return the order to the contractor. If the order has been fulfilled, the coordinator on the client side closes the order. |
