Vehicle costs

Costs for the vehicle can be stored here. The costs are assigned to a cost element.

Document data

This group includes information on the individual receipts that are associated with the vehicle costs. This typically includes information such as receipt number, receipt date and receipt amount.

Property	Description
Comment	Free text field for notes or comments on the invoice.
Cost center	Selection of the cost center for these costs.
Internal ID (Data ID)	The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record.
Date	Date noted on the receipt or invoice.
Vehicle	Vehicle for which this invoice is due.
Cost type	Cost type for which this expense is due.
Document number	Number/cash reference number of the document or invoice.
Amount	Gross amount due on the invoice.
