Menu path

Use this form to create data records for the rental units you manage and specify their area. Rental units are another way of organizing rooms.

Identification

Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.

Property	Description
Code	Enter an abbreviation for the rental unit.
Name	Enter the full name for the rental unit.
Space [m²]	Enter the space of the rental unit in square meters.

Details about rental units can be managed here.

Property	Description
Accounting area	Select the accounting area to which the rental unit belongs.
Accounting unit	Select the accounting unit to which the rental unit belongs.

Rooms

This list shows all rooms assigned to the rental unit.

CAD identification

This characteristic group contains information on the color coding of rental units. The colour coding is used to visually differentiate and categorize units in overviews and reports.

Property	Description
Pattern	Enter the number of the pattern in CAD visualization (between "1" and "77").
Background Color	Enter the number of the background color in CAD visualization (between "0" and "119").
Foreground Color	Enter the number of the foreground color in CAD visualization (between "0" and "119").
