Why can't I save a contract? I don't see a Save button.

Solution 1: Often, the reason is that the contract has already been finalized by the workflow.

Solution 2: It’s also possible that while you have the necessary permissions, you’re not part of the workflow. Check which role is responsible for the contract and whether you’re included in that role.

Solution 3: If you have entered an active substitute, all workflow tickets are assigned to the substitute. You are not involved in the workflow. If you set the substitution for a specific period only, you will be responsible again after the substitution’s end date.

If the delegation was created without an end date and you want to be responsible again, end the delegation via your user profile.

Why am I receiving a daily reminder about the cancellation date even though the date has already passed?

This means that the system does not recognize that the task has been completed. You can either:

  • extend the contract via Tools in the toolbar (i.e., set a new date) so that the notice period is automatically extended.

  • Enter a "Terminated on" date.

Why doesn’t the total contract value match the sum in the “Contract Values Details” section?

The total is not automatically calculated from the Contract Values Details.
