Trades

You can use this form to create data records for trades that can be selected at various points in the FM portal (e.g. to identify the trade that a company covers).

Identification

In this section, data for the identification of the trade can be entered. This information will be used to identify it across the entire FM-Portal.

Property	Description
Code	Enter an abbreviation for the trade (e.g., "EL" for "elevator").
Object registry category according to DIN 276	Select the object category according to DIN 276 to which the trade should be assigned.
Name	Enter the full name of the trade (e.g., "elevator"). The information entered here also appears in the list of all trades. Therefore creating a trade description which is as precise as possible will make it easier to find the data record at a later stage.
