This table is required to evaluate the history of workflows. It has one data record per workflow ticket status, which contains the history data for the respective status.


Identification

Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.
PropertyDescription
TicketDisplays the ticket number, the workflow type and the currently responsible workflow roles.
Workflow stepDisplays the current workflow step.
StartedDisplays the date on which the workflow was started.
Planned Finish of Current Workflow StepDisplays the date on which the current workflow step should end.
CompletedDisplays the date on which the workflow ended.
Executing personDisplays the currently responsible persons.

List of those responsible for tickets

This list shows all persons who were responsible for processing tickets.
