The "Workflows" info area

The Workflows information section is available in every table that has a workflow. You can use the data it contains to gain important insights into the workflow history.

The Current Status tab lists all data regarding the current workflow status.

The History tab shows which person was responsible for processing each workflow step. It also indicates which workflow options were selected, how much time was spent processing each workflow step, and whether the estimated processing time was exceeded.

The Participants tab displays all individuals involved in the current workflow step. All names and contact details are listed here to make it easier for the workflow manager and other participants to get in touch. In conjunction with the Current Status tab, you can also identify the person or group of people currently responsible for processing.

Example: In this example, the Current Status tab displays the Standard Service Group as the responsible workflow role. Under Participants, Carl Lauer and Georg Weck, among others, are listed as members of this role. These individuals are currently responsible for processing the task.
