In this form, you can create several proportional cost centers for the room to settle the usage costs for the room.
Identification
In this section, data for the identification of the room cost center can be entered. This information will be used to identify it across the entire FM-Portal.
| Property | Description |
| Room | Displays the room to which a cost center is assigned. |
| Cost Center | Select the cost center which is to be charged with the room costs |
| Percentage [%] | Enter the cost center's usage percentage in the room. Note: the system does not check that the sum of all percentages amounts to 100%. Larger and smaller amounts can be entered to retain full flexibility when assigning unoccupied buildings and surface area differences. |
Validity
The room cost center’s validity can be specified in this section.
