In this form, you define a room type. The room type is the highest structure in the requirements planning of rooms. They represent the intended use for the planned room, so to speak. Room match codes can be assigned to room types in order to define specific uses for the planned rooms. Characteristics (attributes) can also be defined for room types.

Standard costs
This group includes characteristics for the standardized costs for a room type. It contains key figures for cost planning and control of rooms in buildings.| Property | Description |
| Price per m² | Enter the price per m² for this room type here. The price is then used to calculate the total costs up to the planning variant and the construction project. |
