You can use the "Rental areas" function to define logical areas that can be regarded as a closed unit in the case of an individual rental of an area The rental areas of the rooms in a rental area can be increased in percentage by assigning specific common areas of a building.
Identification

| Rental area | Enter the name of the rental area. Rental areas may only contain rooms within ONE building! |
| Building | You can take a look at the building here. |
| Internal ID (Data ID) | The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record. |
Distribution of space in the rental area
The details of the rental area can be viewed and set here.| Property | Description |
| Factor in the rental sector | Display of the factor resulting from the distribution of non-rentable rooms within the rental area. |
| Rental space without distribution building [m²] | Total rental area of the rental area including the distributed areas in the rental area and the distributed areas by floor type, but excluding the distributed areas by building type. |
| Factor from building | Display of the factor resulting from the distribution of rooms (room groups) within the building. |
| Factor from floor | Display of the factor resulting from the distribution of rooms (room groups) within the floor. |
| Community | Here you can exchange ideas with others from the community. |
| Rental space [m²] | Total rentable area of the rental area. |
| Non-lettable space [m²] | Total area of the rental area that cannot be let. |
LogicController
This LogicController adds the menu item "Extras" with the sub-items for adding or removing rooms as well as recalculating to the workbarRooms in the rental area
