When a notice of a traffic violation is received, it can be entered into the system and assigned to the vehicle and driver.

This is done using a form. The basic function of forms is described in this article: 📄 Formulare IC1105

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Fleet Management - Administrative Offenses

  1. Click New in the toolbar.

  2. In the Administrative Offense section, enter the date and time the offense was detected

  3. Select the vehicle that was being driven at the time of the violation.

  4. Specify the person who was driving the vehicle at the time of the violation.

  5. Select the type of violation that was committed.

  6. Click Save.

If you want to attach a file to the recorded administrative offense, select the saved entry in the table "Infrastructural Building Management - Fleet Management - Administrative Offenses" and click on "Edit." You can now upload the relevant documents in the "Hearing Form / Documents" section. After uploading, click on "Save."

The administrative offense has been recorded.
