Plan cleanings

eTASK.Cleaning Management provides your FM portal with a simple planning wizard that allows you to assign the appropriate cleaning services to rooms.

Prerequisites

The basic data for the cleaning service has been created

The rooms have been created

Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management – Cleaning Management – Cleaning Planning

Filter the list of possible cleaning tasks using the 📄 Suchfunktion IC1124 and/or the 📄 Spaltenfiltertypen IC1272
Select the desired cleaning services by checking the boxes in front of the respective columns.
Filter the Rooms section by usage type according to DIN 277 and/or floor covering.
In the Rooms section, select the rooms to which you want to assign the selected cleaning services by checking the boxes next to the room numbers. Use the plus icon to open the respective hierarchy levels. The structure of this section corresponds to the hierarchy in the Property Explorer.
In the Cleaning Selection section, click Assign Cleaning.
The cleaning services are assigned to the selected rooms.
