Manage rentals

Some details in lease agreements are not specified in the agreement itself but are tied to a specific time period. A lease agreement can always have exactly one current time period. Past time periods are also listed. This allows changes to the lease agreement to be tracked at all times.

Future periods can also be created, for example, if an additional room is rented in the future or a future rent increase has already been agreed upon.

For changes to the rent amount or the leased property, a new time period is always created instead of simply editing the existing one. This way, you always keep track of the development of your lease agreements and can track all changes over time.
