Manage all parking spaces at a location using this form. Enter data on the identification, location, size and price of the parking space. Assign the parking space to an employee if required and manage the occupancy status (free/occupied). Enter the cost center via which the parking space rent is to be charged internally. When using eTASK.CAD, the parking space can be visualized in the CAD plan. If you want your parking spaces to be listed in the "Rental contract list" report, you must enter a unit price instead of an area price for the "Parking space" type in the "Outdoor area types" form (System control - Properties/BIM/CAD - Property register - Open spaces - Outdoor area types).
Identification

| Code | Provide an in-house code for this particular parking space. The entered code should comply with the coding standard established for the project. |

| Number | Provide an individual number of the parking space. In case the parking spaces have not been numbered yet (do not have any kind of painted number on the ground or on columns etc.), please be sure to not allocate a parking space number twice. |

| Outdoor area | Selection of the outdoor area (probably a parking lot) where the parking space is located. |
| Room | If applicable, select the room in which the parking space is located. If a room is selected, the code of the parking space is made up of the code of the room and the number of the parking space. If no room is selected, the code of the parking space is made up of the code of the property and the number of the parking space. |
| Category | Select a category describing the parking space's function (e.g. "handicapped parking"). |
| Rate/Day in € | Provide the amount of daily parking space rent in Euros. |
| Space [m²] | Provide the size of the parking space in sqm. |
| Location | Select the location of the indivdual parking space on the parking lot (e.g. "close to entrance"). |
