For each key group, you can specify how many keys should be freely available in that group. Any keys that have been issued, reserved, lost, etc., are not available for issuance. In the "Minimum Key Stock Overview" list, you can check whether there are enough keys available.

Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Security / Keys - Lock System Master Data - Key Groups
In the Identification section, enter the number of keys that should be available for issuance at all times in the Minimum Number of Keys field.
Click Save in the toolbar.
Repeat these steps for all key groups for which you want to define a minimum quantity.
Open Infrastructure Building Management - Security / Keys - Master Data for Locking Systems - Key Groups.
Here you can see an overview of whether there are enough keys available for your key groups. If enough keys are available for issuance, the traffic light turns green. If the number of available keys falls below the specified minimum quantity, the traffic light turns red.
