Make index adjustment

When creating an index contract, the index adjustment dates are determined. However, the adjustment itself must be performed manually.

Path to starting point: Property Management - Leasing - Reports - Indexed Lease Agreements - Indexed Lease Agreements Currently Adjustable (Periodic)

If you want to adjust a threshold-based index-linked lease agreement, click on Currently Adjustable Index-Linked Lease Agreements (Threshold) in the menu tree. Otherwise, click on Currently Adjustable Index-Linked Lease Agreements (Periodic).
Open the lease you want to adjust.
In the toolbar, under Extras, click Adjust Lease to Index.

The index adjustment is performed.
