For graduated rental agreements, the rent to be invoiced and the advance payments are calculated and listed in advance for each billing month since the start of the rental period in accordance with the graduated dates and rental areas defined under "Graduated". This gives you a quick overview of which amounts are due in which month. However, for the correct display, the adjustment dates must first be calculated on the "Scale" tab.

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

Property	Description
Area Rooms Relay	Area of all rooms in the rental agreement to which the graduated rent applies.
Basic rent rooms scale net	Net cold rent for all rooms to which the graduated rent applies in the billing month.
reason for change	Comment on the amendment to the rental agreement.
days	Number of days on which the tenant has rented the rooms in the current month. Only the period actually rented will be charged.
Net rent for rooms	Net cold rent for all rooms in the billing month.
month	Settlement month of the debit position.
Rental agreement	Rental agreement to which the debit position belongs.
Net target	Total net amount to be paid by the tenant for the billing month.
Net rent	Net cold rent for the billing month.
BK advance payment net	Net advance payment for the billing month.
Net space flat rate	Net area flat rate for the billing month.
Area Rooms	Total area of all rooms in the rental agreement.
