You can invite new users to use the FM Portal with just a few clicks via a standard email.
Prerequisite
The user record exists
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Basic Data - Personnel List
Open the user record of the user you want to invite to use the eTASK.FM portal.
Click on Invite User... in the toolbar. The Invite User... window opens.
Fill in the fields in the window.
Click the green checkmark icon.
The user will now receive an email with further instructions.
