Use this form to manage badge types. The badge types defined here are then available for selection as ready-made badges in the application under "Infrastructural building management - Personnel registration system - Registration system". Define the appearance of the badges here and specify when the reporting times are to be deleted.

Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.

Property	Description
Deactivate printing	Defines whether the printing process should be prevented for this badge type. If activated, no physical badges of this type can be printed, which can be relevant for purely digital badges or for security reasons, for example.
reporting system	Selection of the reporting system to which the badge type belongs.
Code	Unique code to identify the badge type. This mandatory field enables the quick and precise assignment of different ID types in the personal registration system, which is essential for the efficient management and security control of visitors.
Name	The full name of the badge type is recorded here. This information is important for the clear identification and categorization of ID documents as part of visitor management and is used for the correct assignment when registering visitors.

Deleting the reporting times

In this info area, you can set whether and when the log-off and log-on times of the ID cards of the current type are deleted.

Property	Description
active	Specifies whether reporting times for ID cards of the current type are deleted.
Delete after [h]	Enter the time after logging off or logging on at which the registration data is deleted, in hours.

An image of the badge without any lettering can be uploaded here. The badge styles below are used to provide the badges with styles for the lettering. The badges are filled and completed in the registration system under "Infrastructural building management - Personal registration system - Registration system".

Style

This list contains all styles that are assigned to the badge type and are therefore printed on the badge. Additional styles can be created using the "Add badge style" button.
