Fuel Receipts

List of fuel receipts entered by drivers or their colleagues.

Fuel receipt

This group of characteristics includes properties of fuel receipts, such as fuel type, quantity filled, price and filling station. It is used for the detailed recording and evaluation of refueling processes in fleet management.

Property	Description
Internal ID (Data ID)	The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record.
Date	Date of refuelling and receipt.
Vehicle	The vehicle that was refuelled.
Document number	Document number printed on the fuel receipt.
Person	The person who performed the refueling and submitted the receipt (not necessarily the person who enters the receipt)

Costs

This group includes all cost-related characteristics of a fuel receipt, such as total amount, unit price per liter or any additional costs. It enables a detailed breakdown and analysis of the fuel costs.

Property	Description
Unit	Select the unit that matches the specified quantity. This should normally be liters or kilowatts, possibly cubic meters.
Quantity [l]	Fuel quantity in litres.
Price per liter [€/l]	Price of the fuel used, as indicated on the receipt.
Amount (net)	Net amount of the document in euro.
Gross amount of the fuel receipt in euro.	Gross amount of the voucher in euros.
Comment	Hints or notes on the refuelling process, e.g. during which trip it was carried out, etc.
