When setting up a workflow, you must first assign people to certain workflow roles. In each workflow step, specific workflow roles are responsible for processing the task. These roles can be assigned to either individual users or a group of users. Click here to see how to do this.

Path to the starting point: Control Panel - MyFM - Configuration Services/Workflows - Workflows
In the Settings section, select the group responsible for this workflow in the Administrator Group field. Workflow administrators have extended rights when accessing tickets within the service list and workflows.
In the Workflow Roles section, open the role you want to assign. Discuss with your eTASK contact which roles you should do this for.
In the Workflow Role Assignments section, all possible assignments for this role are listed. There may be only one assignment available. Open the assignment to which you want to assign a person or a group.
In the Role Assignment section, select an employee and/or a group. Each workflow role has an associated permission group, which you should select.
The selected person or the people in the group are now authorized to perform the selected assignment for this workflow step.
