Use this form to configure evaluation criteria for the services and workflows offered via the FM portal. After a workflow has been carried out, the person who requested it will receive an e-mail asking them to give a rating for the service based on the German grading system (1-6), which is based on the evaluation criteria set here.
Identification

| Name | Enter the full name of the assessment criterion. This should be selected so that the assessing person immediately understands what it is assessing. |
