This list contains all e-mail templates that can be sent by triggering them from the FM portal. The email texts can be configured in the associated form.
Identification
In this section, data for identification of the portal email are displayed.
| Property | Description |
| Language | Displays the language in which the mail text is composed. The Portal mail will always be sent in the language in which the sender logged onto FM-Portal. |
| Email header | Displays the email header to which the email text is assigned. |
| Mail Code | Displays the system name used by FM-Portal. |
| Application | Displays the internal name of the application used to send the portal email. This information helps with the assignment and tracking of email communications in the system and enables efficient management of different email applications within the platform. |
Content and Delivery
You can define the content of the portal email and adjust the delivery settings.

| E-Mail Body | Enter the mail text. Content from the FM-Portal can be entered between four dollar signs (e.g., "$$roomCode$$" for a room's code). |
| Layout | Layout for the email template. Leave empty if no template is to be used |
| Subject | Enter the text which should be displayed in the Portal mail subject line. Content from FM-Portal can be entered between four dollar signs (e.g. "$$room Code$$" for a room's code;). |
