Navigation to this function
Any layouts for emails can be stored in this list, which are then used when configuring the emails, e.g. in the workflow. The layout provides the larger appearance, as well as a header or footer area, while the email controls the text that is inserted into the layout.
Identification
Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.| Property | Description |
| Custom Template Code | Own template code for the layout. If it is empty, an ETask layout is used. Use $$content$$ for the content. Use $$image$$ optionally for the image from portal graphics. |
| Description | Enter a name for the layout here, which you can use to select it for the emails. |
| Internal ID (Data ID) | The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record. |
