Use this form to manage the doors in your buildings. Enter the individual doors in detail (e.g. room, door type, technical specifications). The key is linked to the key group via the cylinder and finally to the data record of the key with which the door can be opened, provided eTASK.key management is in use.
Identification
Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.

| Object | The object data record assigned to this door is referenced here. The door thus becomes an extension of the object. |
| Door class number | Enter the door class number. |
| Door Number | Enter the door number. The door number can be used to clearly define which key opens it. The door number also forms part of the door code. |
| Code | Displays the code automatically calculated from the room code and door number. The code cannot be entered manually. |
| Bar Code | Enter the barcode of the door on which it is attached. If simultaneously using the eTASK.Inventory product (optional), a barcode can be assigned to each door which is physically associated with the door by a barcode sticker on the door frame. If the eTASK.Inventory product is not yet in use, do not enter anything in this field. |
| Room | Select the room in which the door is installed. |
| Name | Enter a freely selectable name for the door (e.g. "Entrance door main building Schillerstraße"). |
Doorplate
This group includes features that relate to the door label of a door. This includes information such as labeling, material and positioning of the door label.
