Tires are managed in the system using tire sets. A specific number of tires make up a tire set, to which information can be stored. To keep track of all tires in use, you can create tire sets and assign them to vehicles or storage locations.
This is done using a form. The basic function of forms is described in this article: 📄 Formulare IC1105
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Fleet Management - Tires
Click New... in the list's toolbar. An empty form opens.
In the Tire Set section, fill out at least the required fields. Use 📄 Inhaltsverzeichnis Formularaufbau IC9826 for help
Enter a description in the "Code" field that uniquely identifies the tire set
In the Tire Type field, select the season for which the tires are suitable.
In the "Quantity" field, select the number of tires in the set.
In the Vehicle / Storage Location section, select the vehicle on which the tires are mounted or their storage location.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The tire set has been created.
Note: Tire storage locations are defined by administrators in the System Settings.
