You can define permission groups individually. Using these permission groups, you can, for example, control access and editing permissions for individual menu items or sections within forms. Permission groups are also important for configuring workflows, as they allow you to assign permissions to individual workflow steps. You also use permission groups for rights management in contract management.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: System Settings - Portal Options - Rights Management - Groups and Rights
Create a new record in the table.
The new permission group has been created.
