Open spaces include areas such as parking lots or operational areas.
Note: Open spaces of the "Parking Space" type can later be managed via Fleet Management.
Under the Open Spaces menu item, you will find the Land Registry and Operational Areas folders.
Under the Land Registry menu item, you can create properties and parcels.
Under the Areas menu item, you will find the sub-items Operational Areas and Reports.

Prerequisite
The property to which the open space belongs has already been created.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Open Spaces - Operational Areas - Parking Spaces
Click New in the toolbar.
Select the property to which the parking space belongs.
Enter a parking space number of your choice.
In the Information section, you can specify the parking space category, area, and, if applicable, costs.
In the Usage section, you can enter information about occupancy, such as who uses the parking space.
Click Save.
You have created the parking space.
Tip: If you want to create a large number of objects, use the Excel import function. You’ll need admin rights to do this.
