In addition to assigning a room to usage types according to DIN 277, you can also assign an internal usage type to the room. This is relevant, among other things, for generating door signs.
Here, you can store a pictogram that will be displayed on the door sign for the assigned room.
Here, you can choose not to generate a door sign for an assigned room.
Prerequisite
The usage type to which the internal usage type is to be created already exists
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: System Control - Portfolio (BIM) - Property Register - Rooms - Usage Types according to DIN 277
Open the usage type for which you want to create an internal usage type.
In the Internal Usage Types section, click New.... A new form opens.
Enter at least one code and a description for the new internal usage type.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The internal usage type has been created and assigned to the usage type according to DIN 277. You can now assign rooms to the internal usage type, add an icon, or specify that no door sign should be generated for assigned rooms.
