To allocate the operating costs of a building or a room, you must create a building allocation key.
This is done in a form. The basic function of forms is described in this article: 📄 Formulare IC1105
Prerequisites:
The building record exists
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Property Management - Operating Cost Settlement - Operating Cost Settlement Profiles - Allocation Keys - Building Allocation Keys
Click New... in the list's toolbar. An empty form opens.
Select the building to which you want to assign the allocation key.
Enter a description and a name for the allocation key.
Select a basis for the allocation key and enter a unit (e.g., "m²").
Click Save in the toolbar.
The building allocation key has been created.
