Use this webform to assign to a contract the related contractual values including information about the validity period within which the values must be paid.

Identification

Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.

Property	Description
Current unit price [€/kWh]	Enter the current unit price in Euros per kWh, if the contract is a power supply contract.
Contract	Displays the contract to which the monthly rate is assigned.
Debit position from	Select the date from which the value should be taken over into the monthly debit position.
Debit position to	From the adjacent data picker, select the date until when the value should be taken over into the monthly debit position.
Monthly value (net in €)	Enter the net value in Euros.
VAT Rate in %	Enter the VAT rate (in %) to be used.
Contract Value (gross) in €	Enter the gross value in Euros.
Reason for Change	Enter the reason for changing the monthly rate.

Contract values Details

Detailed values for the contract value can be stored here. This allows different costs to be broken down into individual detailed values. G/L accounts and cost centers can also be assigned to the detailed values. If detailed values have already been created, they are listed here. The sum of the contract value is not automatically made up of the stored detailed values; the adjustment must always be made manually in the contract value.

Copy contract values incl. details

If changes are to be made to the contract value, a new contract value is created with the corresponding start date. The end date is set accordingly for the old contract value. To save work, the old contract value including detailed values can be copied. The desired changes can then be made in this copy. This function is located in the work bar under "Extras - Copy contract values incl. details".

Workflow rights

This function ensures that the contents of the form for the active user are assigned the same rights as in the user's main form. At the same time, new entries can only be entered from the appropriate list connect of the main form.
