You can change a room reservation at any time, provided you meet the relevant reservation deadlines.
Prerequisite

Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Your email inbox or the eTASK.FM portal homepage
Open the room booking via the corresponding link in the confirmation email or via the service list. The room booking opens in the eTASK.FM portal.
Save any changes you can make directly in the room booking overview by clicking Apply Changes. Additional changes, such as the booking date, can only be made by returning to the booking wizard. To do this, click Change (Return to Booking Wizard).
Make the desired changes. Click "Next" in the toolbar. The new room booking details will be displayed.
Note: If you adjust the booking date and the booking includes beverage orders, the beverage orders will be adjusted as follows: They will be carried over provided the corresponding deadlines are met. Beverage orders scheduled for the start of the booking in the original booking will also be covered at the start of the booking in the new booking. All other dates remain at their original set times if they fall within the booking period. If the rescheduling causes more than one beverage booking to fall at the start of the room booking, only the beverage booking that was originally scheduled for the start of the booking is carried over. The remaining beverage dates are deleted.
Click Finish.
The booking has been changed. You will receive an email with the new booking details.
