If you want to change the security deposits, create a new time period and enter the difference from the previous time period.

The lease agreement and a previous period already exist

Create a new period for the lease agreement. 📄 Zeiträume anlegen IC1349
In the General section, enter the difference from the previous security deposit in the Rental Deposit field. If the security deposit is lower than before, use a minus sign before the difference amount.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The amount entered will be included in the next debit posting.
