This data object manages the categories for service tickets that are offered in a ticket system. It enables the definition and configuration of different service areas, such as "Cleaning" or "Repair", to which incoming requests can be assigned. Descriptions, responsibilities and individual properties can be stored for each category, which supports the efficient processing and forwarding of service requests. The categories form the basis for structuring and prioritizing service tickets throughout the entire customer service process.
