This list forms the basis for providing contract services on a service ticket. Create the combination of contract and service category here to achieve this. Note that although you can select other workflows, this does not currently have any effect.
Identification
In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.| Property | Description |
| Workflow | Select the workflow for which you would like to provide this contract with its service items. Please note that this is currently only available for the service ticket workflow from product 5553. |
| Service Ticket Category | Enter the category that a service ticket must have in order for this contract to be used. |
| Contract | Select the contract from which service items are to be used when an order is triggered. |
