You can calculate the cleaning price for each cleaning lot, provided it meets certain requirements.

Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Cleaning Management - Lots
Open the lot for which you want to calculate the cleaning price.
In the toolbar, click Actions - Calculate Lots.
Note: If the value “0” is used in the Quantity [m² or Number] field, the quantity value from the assigned allocation key is used. A quantity value other than 0 should only be entered here if a value different from the allocation key is to be used.
The cleaning price is calculated and displayed in the form. The room prices are listed in the Rooms, Quality, and Service Types section.
