Use this form and the connected wizard to compile your building diagnosis. Specify which building is to be evaluated and which profile is to be used for this. Save the form, switch to the wizard via the "To wizard" button and evaluate the individual aspects of the building. Once the evaluation has been completed, you can generate the final report, which summarizes the evaluations and the expected measures to be taken. Finally, click on "Create budget project" to create a budget project for the expected costs. This allows you to transparently manage the budget for repairing and improving the building.

Final report on building diagnosis
This report can be accessed via the workbar. It contains several sections. Firstly, the building and diagnostic information is listed. This is followed by a list of the building's geometric coefficients. The third section contains the ratings of the individual elements. The weighted points and the repair costs are then totaled. The last section contains an annual overview that lists the costs per year in which repair work is due at the latest, in total and per repair code.
To the assistant
This function provides the button in the menu that can be used to jump to the wizard. It also intervenes in the form and deactivates, for example, the selection of the diagnostic profile after the diagnosis has been started.
Supplement key figures
With this action, all geometric coefficients not yet registered for the building are created and can be edited in the "Check key figures" info area.
