The Building Information System (also known as Room Search) is a feature in eTASK that allows you to search for a specific room and view it in the CAD viewer. You can also access the room’s alphanumeric information directly from the graphic. The Building Information System can be used without logging into eTASK. What are the advantages of the building information system?
Hallways do not have door signs with room numbers on-site. To submit a clear repair request in the ticket system, e.g., for a broken light in a hallway, please use the room number from the room search.
There may be different room numbers depending on the construction phase and operational status. If you use the room number from the room search, the room in question can be clearly identified by everyone.
In the Info tab of the room search, you can view important information about the room directly, such as usage type, cost center, department, etc.
