Management of BCF projects for standardized communication via BIM models. A BCF project represents the reference information for a model or building and forms the container for all associated topics, comments and viewpoints in accordance with the open BCF standard (BIM Collaboration Format). BCF enables the software-independent exchange of problems, change requests and comments between different project participants directly on the 3D model. In facility management, BCF is used for the structured transfer of planning information and for the documentation of messages and maintenance instructions from operations.
