Authorizations in Workflow Steps

Use this form to define the authorizations for the service list and the display of info areas in the workflow form for a workflow role in a specific workflow step.

Identification

Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.

Property	Description
Create new	Members of the above role may use the "New" and "Copy" buttons in the above step.
Eligible for action	Members of the above role may use the "Actions" button in the above step and switch the workflow.
Workflow Step	Select the workflow step in which the authorization is valid.
Workflow role	Displays / select the workflow role to which the authorization should apply.
Authorization in service list	Select the access authorization to the workflow webform using the service list on FM-Portal's start page. Depending on the selection, the workflow webform for the persons in the workflow roles in the service list is displayed under "My services", "My orders" or "Observed services".

This list shows which sections in the workflow webform deviating from the standard access rights for the members of the workflow role selected above are masked in the present workflow step or displayed in read-only mode.

FilterWorkflowRoles

"In the combo box, it should only be possible to select the roles of the workflow that exist in the workflow to which the authorization belongs."
