Navigation to this function
Use this form to define the individual roles that people can take on in the selected workflow. You will also receive an overview of the authorizations that the persons in the workflow role have for the form that is routed through the workflow and how the role is filled. If you would like to see which persons take on which role in which workflow run, use the evaluation in the last info area.
Identification
Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.| Property | Description |

| Starting role | Indicates whether it is the starting reel. |
| Workflow | Select the workflow in which the workflow role should be set. |
| Role name | Enter the full name of the workflow role |
| Active | Indicate whether the workflow role is currently being used in the workflow. |
| Internal ID (Data ID) | The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record. |
Assigning work flow roles
The workflow role is filled by separate configurations defining which persons will be included in the workflow role. The occupancies set for the workflow are displayed in this list.See also: Staffing Workflow Roles
Role authorizations
This list displays all authorizations of persons in the workflow role. Authorizations are set on webform areas and views in the service list.See also: Authorizations in Workflow Steps
