The FM Portal allows you to restrict access to tiles using permission groups. This ensures that only members of the respective permission group can view the tiles.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Rights Management - Rights to Tiles
Click New... in the list's toolbar. An empty form opens.
Select the tile to which the permission group should have access.
Select the permission group that should be granted access to the tile.
Click Save in the toolbar.
Tip: If all users should have access to the tile, assign it to the default group.
