Dashboards

The dashboards display key performance metrics for your facility management across various tiles. These metrics are calculated based on the data stored in your FM portal. The metrics can be calculated for any hierarchical level, such as an entire country or just a specific location. You can also customize dashboards by showing or hiding tiles.

There are two types of dashboards:

1. Public Dashboard: The public dashboard is the same for everyone who logs in to the FM Portal. Only members of the administration group can edit it.

2. Private Dashboard: Each user can customize their private dashboard as they wish. The settings are saved when tiles are added or removed, so the private dashboard remains intact even after logging out of the FM Portal.
