Section I of the land register contains information on the owners or heritable building owners of the property as well as information on the legal ownership structure. These can be notes on a conveyance required for the change of ownership or auction notes.
Owner
This group includes characteristics relating to the owner(s) of the property. This includes information on the person or company entered as the legal owner in the land register.| Property | Description |
| Land Register | Assignment of the land register entry that belongs to this department. |
| Serial number | Consecutive number of the entry in this section. |
| Parcels from inventory | Reference to an entry in the inventory to which the entry in this section applies |
| Owner | Person or company entered in the land register as the owner. |
| Basis of registration | Contract or transaction that triggered this entry. |
