Use this form to manage your displays and terminals that you use in conjunction with your eTASK applications (room booking display, control systems, etc.). Please note: eTASK.InfoDisplays of type DI-7S and DI-15S are managed separately in the "Info displays" table.
Identification
Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.

| Default language | Select the language displayed by default on the display. |
| Bar Code | Enter the barcode assigned for the display. The entered information is only meaningful if the Inventory FM module is also used. The barcode can be read from the barcode label stuck on the display. |
| Mobile Hardware Id | Specifying the device ID |
| Code | Enter an abbreviation for the display. |
| Name | Enter the full name for the display. |
| Room | Select the room in which the display is located. |
| Display type | Defines the display type of the room info display. Choose between time-controlled display of several profiles or a main menu for navigation. This setting is crucial for user interaction and information presentation on the display. |
Details
Technical details about the display can be specified in this section.

| Cost Center | Select the cost center which should be charged with the costs for the display. |
| Comment | Enter comments or information about the display. |
| Resolution Y | Enter the display’s vertical resolution. |
| Resolution X | Enter the display’s horizontal resolution. |
Network information
Information about configuring the display in the network can be specified and viewed here.
| Property | Description |
| IP Address | Enter the display’s IP address. The IP address entered here is used by eTASK.InfoDisplayController to find and display the required display profile for the respective device. |
| Active? | Indicate whether the display is active and in use. |
| MAC Address | Enter the MAC address of the display network interface. |
| PC name | Enter the full name of the computer in the network (incl. domain name, e.g. "di-42s.etask.de"). |
Misc
This PropertySet contains additional properties of the display or terminal that are not assigned to any other specific category. It serves as a collection point for various device-specific features and settings.

| Cursor visible? | Indicate whether the cursor can be seen. This is required if this is a non-tactile display. |
| Password to end | This password is requested to end the DisplayController. |
Profiles on this Device
This list contains all the profiles that have been entered for the present display and which can be enabled. These profiles are only relevant if this is not an eTASK. InfoDisplay.

Link File for eTASK.InfoDisplayController
The connection file makes it possible to connect the eTASK.InfoDisplayController installed on a display to FM-Portal. Download the connection file (connection.key) for this and file it in the installation directory (usually "c:\Program\eTASK\DisplayController") on the device. You can download the eTASK.DisplayController via the menu "System settings - Portal - Options - Portal management - Portal maintenance - Setup & Update - Setup eTASK.InfoDisplayController, and load it onto the device.
