Mailing list

Use this form to define who receives a portal mail sent by a workflow action. The individual recipients are determined by the assignment of the workflow role. Specify whether the recipients receive the mail as a copy ("CC").

Identification

Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.

Property	Description
Reception as BCC	Specifies whether the recipients should receive the mail as a blind copy.
Workflow action	Displays / select the workflow action which causes the email to be sent.
Mail recipient (workflow role)	Select the workflow role whose members should receive the email.
Receive a copy	Indicate whether the recipients should receive a copy of the email.
Internal ID (Data ID)	The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record.
