Use this table to enter the service items for contracts in your eTASK system. Determine the structure of the items in the contract, manage the scope of delivery and set the prices. You can assign the items to order items to document which service was delivered in relation to the item. You also have the option of using this form to control whether the service provider who provides feedback on the item in question is permitted to enter free text.

Information for identifying the data record can be stored in this info area. This information is used throughout the portal for unique identification.

| Superordinate position | Selection of the outline item to which this item is to be assigned. |
| Contract | Selection of the contract to which this item is to be assigned. |
| Item number | Enter the number of the position. |
| Is Outline Position? | Indicates whether the item is an outline item. An outline item is displayed in the "Contract items" report as an item under which several other order items are summarized. It is only used to provide a better overview of the report. |
Scope of delivery
The agreed scope of delivery of the item is recorded here.

| Quantity | Enter the quantity of the scope of delivery. The entry is initially unit-independent and is assigned a unit in the following selection field. |

Prices
The agreed prices for services within the scope of the item are entered here.

Service billing
This group includes characteristics for the billing and pricing of contractual services. It contains information on prices, billing periods and other billing-relevant aspects of the service items.

| Is free text position | Indication of whether the item in question is a free text item.
