Customer
This characteristic group contains customer-related information in the context of product licenses and sales. It includes relevant attributes for identifying and characterizing the customer in connection with purchased products or licenses.

Product
This group contains characteristics of the products purchased or licensed by customers. It includes information such as product type, license status and associated contract data.
Standard billing
This feature group contains information on the billing of rules for customer products. It contains details on billing cycles, tariffs and specific conditions for the licensing or sale of products.

This amount is due annually over the validity period of the license. |

This group includes characteristics that define the time frame of a product license or sale. These typically include the start and end date and the term of the license or contract.

| License Start | Start of the license period. The license is valid on the first day of the license period. |
| End of license | End of the license period. The license is only valid until the last Zag day of the license period. A date must also be entered here for unlimited licenses, e.g. 31.12.2050 |
| Software maintenance until | Date until which software maintenance for this license is delivered and invoiced. Until this date, the executability and compatibility is ensured. In addition, new functions that arise for the modules will be delivered at no additional cost. |

License
This characteristic group contains information on licenses and sales of products to customers. It includes details such as license type, validity period and terms of use of the products purchased.

| License number | Product number, for identification of the product on all documents, as well as in the license and rights management |
| Authorized URL | Specification of the URL for which the license is issued. This is the URL under which the FM portal is operated. A complete domain name must be specified (e.g. fm-portal.kunde.de). It is not necessary to specify the protocol (http or https) or the other path details. It is assumed that the portal will then be operated under /neon/App.Etask... in each case. |
